Boundaries Redistribution Finalised
The township of Appin and northern parts of Leumeah will be included in the state
electorate of Campbelltown after the next election, Campbelltown MP Greg Warren
confirmed.
The NSW Electoral Commission finalised the changes late last week which will see the
boundaries of the electorate adjusted in March 2023.
As a result of the changes, Eagle Vale will be included in the new seat of Leppington
instead of Campbelltown.
“My commitment to the people of Campbelltown has never wavered and it never will,”
Mr Warren said.
“It is a privilege to serve the people of Campbelltown and one I am lucky enough to
have done since 2015.
“While the township of Appin has not technically been in the Campbelltown, I have
advocated on behalf of residents in Appin on many issues over the years – including the
upgrade of the Appin Road.
“What matters most to be is what matters most to the people of Campbelltown and that
will never change.”
